Change of Mind Returns:
We accept change-of-mind returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- All original packaging, including tags, seals, and protective materials, are intact.
- The item is in a resalable condition.
Please note:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Change-of-mind returns are processed as store credit, which can be used towards future purchases.
- Due to hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. These items will be clearly marked on their product pages. For example, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on massage heads if they have been used.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@healup.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a refund, replacement, or repair, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

Certain products are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. These products will be clearly marked on their respective product pages. If you are not satisfied with a product covered by this guarantee, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
